CEO
Jan is one of the founding directors of Active Recruitment and industry accredited; with over 25 years of experience in the industry she has recruited thousands of positions from administration to senior executives. Jan has also used her experience to develop her training and mentoring skills, helping to build a tight knit team who share her passion for the industry.
CFO
Soreen oversees the financial aspects of servicing our clients, including payroll, invoicing and administrative queries. Soreen has amassed more than 30 years’ experience in these areas.
Business Manager
Tamara has more than 10 years’ experience and is industry accredited, specialising in process design/improvement, sales and marketing, key account management, and executive candidate search and placement.
Senior Manager
Suzanne, an accredited industry professional has been actively involved in the recruitment industry for over 25 years and has worked for a global multi-national recruitment agency and co-founded and ran a successful boutique agency for over 15 years. Suzanne joined forces with the Active Recruitment team in 2014.
